What are the care instructions?
Our products are already designed to last longer than your grandmas' garage kept Honda. But to ensure this, please wash cold and hang dry. Turning the shirt inside out will also ensure the shirt sticks around for many miles
Care instructions are written on the product tags, as well product descriptions on the site.
How do your shirts fit?
Our shirts feature a true oversized boxy fit, meaning if you wear a large in other brands, we suggest ordering a large from us as well. The shirts are not so big that you have to size down.

What materials are the shirts made out of?
Our shirts are 7.7oz of 100% pigment dyed ring-spun cotton. 270GSM. Designed to wear in, not out. They will only look better with age.
When will my order ship?
NOTE: During the holiday season, order processing and packing times may increase 1-3 days. Please be patient with our team, as we are working through hundreds of orders a day.
Orders are packed & shipped Monday - Friday, excluding days shipping carriers don't operate, like major US Holidays. We work around the clock to get orders out on time. Most orders can be expected to ship next day after being placed. During periods of large demand, your order may be delayed.
For Limited Edition/Pre-order items, please allow 3-6 weeks for production and shipment.
Can you refund my shipping charges?
We operate 100% independently of all shipping carriers, and therefore, cannot be held responsible for their actions. As a result, don't accept returns or issue refunds for shipping costs due to later than expected deliveries.
We truly apologize if any items do not arrive in time. Our team is working around the clock in order to get packages out as soon as they are ordered. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
My package has been lost/stolen, now what?
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We provide tracking information in our shipment emails so you can track your package and verify delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do!
Duties & Taxes vary by country/region of the destination and will be determined at checkout, excluding the method economy (Canada) - Duties not included.
International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate.
Shipping duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undelivered or refused orders. International orders can't be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. box address.

The item I received is damaged/not what I ordered
Please reach out to our support team: contact@thedrvrco.com with your order number, and a picture of the incorrect or damaged item so our team can evaluate, and exchange your item right away.
My shirt does not fit, can I exchange it?
We want our shirts to fit you. To be eligible for an exchange, the request must be made within 30 days of purchase, and product must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags still intact).
Please contact our team at contact@thedrvrco.com for instructions and a return label. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
To avoid this, please make sure to review our Size Guide so you can make an informed purchase.
If your product becomes out of stock, assuming it is in original condition, we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount once the product is returned back to us.
How do I cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, log into your account and cancel the order directly from your account portal. Alternatively, send us an email: contact@thedrvrco.com with your order number.
Please note that we will try our best to cancel before fulfilment, but if the order has already shipped we cannot cancel it.
When will my return be processed?
We process returns and exchanges as they come from the carrier. You will receive a notification to the email you originally placed the order with once your return has been processed.
All credits for returns will be applied to the original form of payment. If a prepaid gift card was used to place the order, the credit will be applied to the gift card. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment regardless of what type of payment was used. If you no longer have the prepaid gift card, or the card has expired, you'll need to contact the card provider for options.
I already paid, but the order still shows as "pending"
Sometimes depending on your bank and location, it may take a few days for payment processing to clear.
For international orders, you may see a temporary payment hold on your account. This is to mitigate fraudulent orders.
All orders are prepared for shipment upon payment clearance.
The status of your order is shown at the top of your history list on your account page. Your orders are sorted chronologically.
What's the status of my order?
You will be sent email (and SMS texts if you signed up at checkout) confirmations & updates while your order is being processed.
You can also log into your account, and manually check your tracking from there.
